Project Brief
A project brief is an important part of any building project and ensures that the qualities, aesthetics and functionalities sought after by the home owners are met via a research driven approach to design.
Concept design & design development
This is an exciting stage where you will be able to visualise the project in 3D. As part of the concept design stage you will have the opportunity to provide further input, make changes and have the peace of mind that you are completely happy with the design before the project moves forward.
Planning drawings & Local authority submission
Once the concept design are finalised the plans are then prepared into a set of planning documents. These are required by the local council as part of the Planning approval process and typically includes the Site plan, floor plans, elevations and landscaping plan if required.
Contract documentation
We take out all the hassle when it comes to contract documentation and handle all the consultant liaison and local authority submissions on your behalf making this a stress free process. This stage includes the following:
- Complete working drawings (construction plans) - floor plans, elevations, sections, details, electrical plans, kitchen layouts, ensuite layouts, plumbing plans, site surveys and more.
- Building specification.
- Consultant plans & reports - Energy efficiency assessments, structural engineering & fire rating assessments.
- Building certification & Building Permit.
